Our menu enhances the creativity of Neapolitan cuisine, adapting old-time recipes to modern taste, it respects the Roman tradition and proposes plates which are enriched with ethnic fusions. It also reflects new, modern trends and dietary preferences, such as the vegan and vegetarian ones, which will always have dedicated plates in our menu.
The common denominator of our selection? Absolute quality of essential ingredients selected directly by our chef, with a preference for local and seasonal fruit and vegetables.

Our breakfast is completely genuine with home-made cakes and biscuits, with Neapolitan “sfogliatella” (pastry horn) and with fresh-fruit juices and smoothies.
Our Happy Hour “Aperitivo” but especially our fruit cocktails, such as the Verde Bistro Ape or the traditional Spritz, will keep you company until the late evening.
We have reserved for our customers both an inside and an outside (green) area, to host either private or public events.
On Saturday and Sunday we offer a very rich and varied buffet so that our clients may have a wide selection to choose from, at a very convenient cost, besides of course our à la carte selection, which offers a variety of fish and seafood dishes as well.
We organize personalized “for-you” dinners with a minimum booking of 10 people.
Dinners can follow a themed menu (for example, Neapolitan, Sicilian, Roman, vegan, vegetarian, ...).
